Sawyer Testimony Crucial in Appellate Case

Testifying on behalf of the State Board for Geologists and Geophysicists

February 10, 2006 -- Tony Sawyer served as the expert witness on cases against a San Diego County water well locator that was practicing geophysics without a license.  The result of the two cases, both of which were taken all the way to the State Appellate Court, was a LIFETIME INJUNCTION against the illegal operation.  Follow the link to the published Appellate Court ruling:
